12:00 Special screening of the award-winning documentary, Warning Signs: Lincoln's Response to Rising Tensions in the 1850s which was commissioned by the Lincoln Presidential Foundation and features Fritz Klein as Abraham Lincoln as well as interviews with acclaimed historians and Lincoln scholars.
5th New York Duryea Zouaves Reenactment Unit

A donation of $10. for adults is suggested to support the work of the Lincoln Society and the Lincoln Depot Museum.”

Welcome and Re-enactment of President-elect Lincoln’s historic visit to the area performed by the Lincoln Society in Peekskill. Take a tour of the museum!
12:00 PM - Historian Kirk Moldoff will give a fascinating presentation focused on our local history since the time of Lincoln’s famous visit.

Kirk Moldoff is a medical illustrator and animator with a passion for industrial archaeology, local history and cast iron stoves. He is a former Trustee of the Peekskill Museum, recipient of the Chester A. Smith Award, and served as a past Chairman of the City of Peekskill Historic Preservation Advisory Board. |
